Perfect trendy boutique place, it has marvellous location close to the Art Deco district as well as south beach at the middle of ocean drive. Make sure you stay in the double room with a balcony, a nice view, the bathroom...

No complaints, the hotel met expectations. The venue was immaculately clean and in a stunning and prime location, the staff were professional. The room was recently renovated with a pull out couch and lovely views, for example, had a good night's sleep. There was variety of excellent meals.

Rooms are fabulously decorated and the bathrooms are great.

Service during breakfast at the Nine Ocean restaurant was awful, slow, rude and unfriendly. Carpet in room was dusty and filled with hair as if it had not been vacuumed in a while.

The noise from the nearby bar is disruptive late into the night!!! The entrance through the restaurant is awkward and the incline can be dangerous!!! A thorough cleaning of the facilities is overdue!!!
